Health Programme Support
As an outcome from both the occupational health and community health risk management workstreams, specific health programmes may be required, either in the workforce, the community or both. SHAPE can support these programmes either as a standalone service or as an extension of the other workstreams.
We support a variety of models including supporting a turn-key approach to simply developing the terms of reference for a specific programme and assisting the client in the delivery of the objectives through verifications and management.
We have experience and preferred partners in supporting the following health programmes, but we can develop others as required:
