As SHAPE is not in the business of providing site based medical services, they have responded to numerous requests from clients to assess the structure, functionality and effectiveness of site based medical services. We have developed a tool to support these assessments and as an outcome develop health improvement plans. The assessment process is especially useful for:
For the client who self-performs their medical services and does not have the ability to internally review or assure the quality and cost effectiveness of the project medical service.
For the client who outsources their medical services it may not be possible to effective and independently review and assure the quality and cost effectiveness of the medical service providers.
